Why Choose Us

Over the years, thousands of local patients have entrusted us with their physical wellbeing and foot health.

We take this responsibility seriously. From your initial consultation through to the rehabilitation and recovery process, we will work with you every step of the way to help you find the root cause of your problems and get you back to doing activities you enjoy.

With decades of experience under our belts and through inclusive learning and empowered participation, we make sure you are getting the treatment you need to get you back on your feet. As a team, we draw on the support and professional expertise of one another to enable excellent multi-disciplinary input to provide you with the best personalised treatment possible.

We pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach to achieving good clinical outcomes with our clients. By combining customised treatment plans with evidence based hands-on approach to therapy, our team of highly qualified physiotherapists and podiatrists can help you achieve long-lasting results.

Our consultation sessions are carried out in three key phases:
Assessment– We start by getting a comprehensive history on the issues you have and work with you to understand how they affect your daily activities. We then conduct a thorough physical assessment to identify the source of the complaint.

Personalised Treatment– Next we customise a treatment plan to address not only the immediate symptoms but also the underlying source of the problem and other risk factors that may be contributing to the issue.

Optimisation– Depending on the progress, we will reevaluate and optimise the treatment programme to address other areas surrounding the main area of complaint. Continuous effort will be put into optimisation of biomechanics to get you moving safely and ensure you get back to doing your normal activities.

I have done 2 back surgery years back and did not follow up with consistent physio therapy until I met Farha in Kovan. With my twice weekly session with her, I have less radiating pain to my butt. She is very good in relieving muscles pain with acupuncture and massaging as well. Strongly recommended for those that just injured themselves.
